This will be a great time for you and your family to add a furry friend to your household!

Craven-Pamlico Animal Services Center is hosting a big event on Sunday, December 7, 10am-4pm, at Carteret Community College’s Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City, and you’re invited. They’ll be bringing adoptable animals for you to meet and they’re also bringing their friends from:

• Lenoir SPCA
• Because of Bubbes Rescue
• Carteret County Humane Society
• Helping Cats
• Adoption First Animal Rescue
• French Bulldog Village Rescue Education

There will be a $25 adoption fee for most animals – some restrictions may apply. Santa will be on site so you can get a holiday photo with your new pet.

Even if you’re not ready to adopt a pet, you can do some shopping and purchase some grub. There will be vendors on site and food available too. Two Crazy Donuts will be there between 10am-1pm to give you your early morning coffee & donut fix before lunch time rolls around! Capone’s A Taste of Philly will have their food truck ready to serve up lunch from 12pm-4pm.
