KID ROCK will be inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame. The ceremony goes down April 6 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. The celebration is part of WrestleMania 34.

During a recent solo show, ROGER DALTREY warned fans not to forget their earplugs, saying that he’s now, quote, “very, very deaf.”  But he added, quote, “I am lucky to be doing what I do, so thank you.” And on On June 1, DALTREY is set to release a solo album, As Long as I Have You. Here’s a taste:

Don’t expect NEIL YOUNG to announce a retirement tour any time soon.  He says, quote, “When I retire, people will know, because I’ll be DEAD.  They’ll know, ‘He’s not coming back!  He retired.’  But I’m not gonna say, ‘I’m not coming back.’  What kind of [B.S.] is that?”

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS invited a 9-year-old fan onstage to sing “Dead and Bloated” with them.

The widow of TOTO drummer JEFF PORCARO says the rest of the band is cheating her out of royalties.

ROGER WATERS’ guitarist says people don’t walk out when he goes after PRESIDENT TRUMP during concerts.  Quote, “You’d get some people flashing you the bird and screaming and hollering, throwing [stuff] onstage . . . But basically, that wasn’t enough for them to walk out.  They had to get their classic rock fix.”

 

SPINAL TAP bassist DEREK SMALLS . . . a.k.a. actor HARRY SHEARER . . . released a new video called “It Don’t Get Old”, featuring Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.  The song is off Derek’s upcoming solo album.
