Cold weather may be here, but the fishing is still hot. The bluefin tuna bite is on offshore. Inshore you can catch speckled trout, sea mullet, red drum and hogwash.

Fresh water wise, the crappie are still good on jigs, and beetle spins. The bass are hitting on jerk baits, spinner baits and swim jigs. Bream fishing is good on night crawlers. Catfish are hitting on minnows and chicken livers.

Take a kid fishing, and don’t forget to clean up your trash.
