A dad in Australia jumped in front of a snake to save his two-year-old daughter.  It bit his foot, but he got to a hospital and he’s okay.  He thinks it was an eastern brown snake, Australia’s deadliest type.  They’re venomous enough to kill small kids, and sometimes adults…………… A guy on a motorcycle was in a fiery crash in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.  But a woman delivering pizzas saw it happen, pulled him away from the burning bike, and probably saved his life…….And finally………………… 

Athletic brands are stepping up to help a 14-year-old football player in Michigan find shoes that fit.  Eric Kilburn Jr.  is already 6-foot-10, and was in the news after his mom said she couldn’t find cleats to fit his size 23 feet. Media reports of his mother’s desperate search for shoes went viral, and the outpouring of support has been non-stop, with social media shares, phone calls and emails from as far as Asia and South America. The family had been facing a $1500 charge to have one pair of shoes custom made for Eric through an orthopedic specialist, but now both Puma and Under Armour will be arriving within the next two weeks to begin fitting Eric for shoes.
