A cop in South Carolina recently pulled a guy over for drifting into another lane, but he wasn’t drunk.  It was an older guy who’d just come from a dance hall, and he wanted to KEEP dancing. Once they worked out the ticket stuff, he offered to give her a dance lesson on the side of the road, and she accepted.  Her chest-cam got it all on video.  (Here’s the video.)……………..A vet in Pennsylvania saved a poodle named Toodles after it somehow overdosed on opioids.  They gave him Narcan, and he’s already made a full recovery.  It sounds like his owner may have been using fentanyl, but Toodles is now being put up for adoption.  (Here are some photos.)………………..And finally…………….. 

Heidi Kühn, a 65-year-old CA woman, founded a nonprofit in 1997 called Roots of Peace.  They go to war-torn countries and remove landmines, then replace them with grape vines, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens.  They’re heading to Ukraine next, and she and her organization just got a $250,000 award last week called the World Food Prize. She beat cancer in her 30s and says “My little prayer was, ‘Dear God, grant me the gift of life and I will do something special with it’”.
