A cop in Maine helped rescue a peregrine falcon that chased a pigeon into a toy store and couldn’t get out.  He joked that it’s not really a situation they train you for at the academy.  He released it outside, and it’s okay…………………… The owner of a diner in Ocean City, Maryland is using something his great-grandmother did during the Great Depression to offset the rising costs he’s seen from inflation. She used to make soap using bacon grease.  So he’s been saving all the grease from his diner, and started a soap company on the side.  You can check it out at BumbleSoap.com.  No . . . he says it doesn’t smell like bacon…….And finally……………   

Christian Lewis, a former British paratrooper, spent six years walking the entire coastline of the United Kingdom to raise money for a veterans’ charity that provides welfare and wellbeing assistance to the Armed Forces community. He recently finished after 19,000 miles. When he left in 2017, he was a single dad, and his daughter had just left for college.  Now six years later, he showed back up with a dog he adopted along the way . . . a woman he got engaged to . . . and a new SON who recently turned one year old.  The best part – he raised half-a-million bucks for the vets fund.
