Two pen pals who’d been writing to each other for almost 70 years finally got to meet up in person.  They’re both 80.  Carol Krause lives in South Carolina, and Patsy Gregory lives in northern England.  They’ve been sending each other letters and birthday cards since they were 12 years old………….. A 51-year-old guy in England needed a new kidney, and the odds of finding a match weren’t good, 1 in 22 million.  But amazingly, he got a transplant last month . . . after it turned out his wife was a match.  They joked that they had a better chance of winning the lottery………And finally………..

32-year-old Collette Divitto has Down Syndrome, and struggled to get a job after college.  So with her mom’s help, she started her own business instead. She’s always loved baking.  So in 2015, she launched a company called Collettey’s Cookies and got ONE store to start selling them.  Then things grew from there. A TV station in Boston just did a story on her, because she has around 15 employees, including others with disabilities.  And Collettey’s Cookies are now sold in over 1,000 stores across the country.
