Steve Miller went into the studio in 1973 to record what would become The Joker, which featured his first number-one single of the same name. To mark the 50th anniversary of this landmark album, UME/Capitol Records have released Steve Miller – J50 – the Evolution of the Joker, which contains 27 additional previously unreleased tracks to go along with the album’s original nine.
