A firefighter in North London went above and beyond his call of duty when he found a woman’s handbag at a local gas station. Firefighter Nyma Zadeh drove over an hour to return the lost bag to its owner. in Hertfordshire. The bag’s owner said she’d been in tears for days over the loss of her bag and was overwhelmed with gratitude………………… Two of Santa’s reindeer got loose at an event in England the other day, but they’re back home safe and sound. Blitzen and a lesser-known, B-list reindeer named Blue ran off, and a highway had to be shut down in both directions. The road reopened three hours later, and the reindeer were back home a day later. Handlers had to bring in a third reindeer to calm them down. No word on that one’s name – but we’re guessing it was Rudolph……And finally………..
A pit bull named Bolo recently visited a police station in Hopkinsville KY to help promote pet adoption at the Christian County Animal Shelter. Bolo was going to be included in the PD’s social media posts to help him find a home, and it worked, just not in the way they expected. Everyone at the PD fell in love with Bolo, and he wasn’t just adopted by them – the mayor swore him in as their first-ever “Paw-trol Officer”
