A school bus driver in Suffolk, Virginia named Ulysses Whitfield is finally retiring after shuttling kids back and forth from school for 70 years. He’s 85 and started at 15. You have to be at least 18 to drive a school bus in Virginia now, but requirements were different when he got hired in 1954.  He hasn’t taken a full day off since the mid-1980s………………..A guy in Kansas named Doyle Archer just earned a Guinness World Record for oldest truck driver in the world.  He’s 90 years old and still truckin’ with no plans to retire.  He’s been at it more than 60 years and logged 5.5 million miles………And finally……….. 

There’s a news story on a Facebook group called “Surrogate Grandparents” that connects seniors with kids who don’t have a grandma or grandpa. It’s also great for families or single parents who live far away from grandparents , and for seniors who live alone or far from relatives. It’s a little like online dating – you write about yourself and wait to see if anyone is a match. The group already got over 10,000 members across the U.S.
