An Australian doctor named Richard Scolyer announced he’s still cancer-free almost a year after he was diagnosed with a type of brain cancer that’s considered terminal.  He’s one of the leading experts on skin cancer, and used an immunotherapy treatment that he helped pioneer for melanoma.  Experts say it’s too early to tell, but it would be huge news if it also works for the type of brain cancer he has…………… A 15-year-old kid in Arizona is lucky to be alive after a bear got into his family’s cabin and attacked him last Thursday.  His older brother chased the bear off and saved his life.  He’s got some cuts and scrapes but should be okay……………And finally…………….. 

A five-year-old foster kid in NY named Ezra has been waiting for a liver transplant.  Now he’s got a donor after his former preschool teacher stepped up. Her name is Carissa Fisher.  She got tested but didn’t tell his foster parents until she found out she was a perfect match.  She showed up at their door last week, and it’s on video.  The surgery is set for later this summer.
