In a UK study for National Smile Month, researchers compiled a list of the things that can immediately make you smile.  Here are the Top 5:  #5 Hearing good news about a loved one; #4 Someone else smiling at you; #3 Receiving a kind gesture; #2 Waking up to a sunny day; and the #1 thing that can make you smile – being on vacation………….. A guy vacationing in Virginia Beach lost his wedding ring in the sand, and it was originally his late mom’s ring.  So a man with a metal detector combed the whole beach and found it on his final pass…………And finally…………. 

USAF Col. Erick Gilbert and his wife were on a quest to visit all 30 MLB ballparks before their oldest son, Dane, turned 18. But sadly, Gilbert died of a sudden illness before seeing every park, with just two remaining. This past weekend, the TAPS program, along with the Tampa Bay Rays and Miami Marlins, stepped up to help his family finish their mission, and Gilbert’s sons even got to throw out the first pitch at the game in Miami.
