WSFL Adoptable Rock Dog of the Week

WSFL Adoptable Rock Dog of the Week

Check out Apollo! He’s a senior dog at 10 years old, a husky mix, and with that husky in him, he LOVES to sing on the way out for his walk. Every morning, he sings his tunes down the hallway and rouses the staff. Apollo is house and crate trained, enjoys a good joy ride, and he’s an explorer – he’s took it upon himself to explore Target when he went to an adoption event. Apollo is always in good spirits, no matter what, and he gets along well with kids and other dogs, although he isn’t a fan of felines – he likes to chase them. He’s very high energy and is looking for a family that can keep up with him. Apollo was originally brought in as a stray, then adopted out to a family whose other dog didn’t like him. He was brought back and re-adopted to another family who had to return him because the owner of the property said he didn’t fit their breed restrictions. Overall, Apollo needs a committed adopter. His adoption fee is discounted to $80 for Clear the Shelters month and it covers his vetting.
