In apocalypse news:  Asteroid 2024 YR4, deemed the riskiest asteroid on record last week, now has nearly a zero percent chance of impacting Earth in 2032, according to NASA and the European Space Agency.  NASA estimates that the space rock has a 0.0017% chance of hitting Earth in December 2032, while the ESA has a similar risk assessment of 0.002%……………… In clean energy news:  A team at Cambridge developed a solar-powered reactor that pulls carbon dioxide from the air and turns it into fuel…………….And finally…………… 

A missing cat named Sunny-Loo showed back up after she spent three weeks stuck in a sofa.  Her family recently moved from WA to CO, and they couldn’t find her the day the movers showed up.   It turned out she crawled into a hole in the couch and rode cross-country in the back of a moving truck.  They had no idea until their furniture arrived at their new place last month.  She was hungry and dehydrated, but she’s fully recovered.  The couple and their kids were pretty emotional when they found her.  They’d accepted the idea that she was probably gone forever.
